Eligibility for Exchange
  • All sales are final, with the exception of items that do not fit.
  • We offer a 10-day exchange policy for store credit only.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include the original tags and invoice.
Exchange Process
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
  • We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance when returning items to ensure they arrive safely at F+L Boutique.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your returned item and process your store credit.
