Amber Shader is the founder of F+L Boutique and F+L Home, two lifestyle destinations rooted in style, connection, and community.

Founded in 2010 in Middletown, Delaware, F+L was created to be more than a boutique. Amber envisioned a space where people feel welcomed, inspired, and at home. Today, the brand is known for its curated mix of fashion, home decor, and gifts, along with a distinctive, community-driven shopping experience.

With over 16 years of experience and a background as a Fortune 100 Human Resources executive, Amber brings both strategic insight and a people-first approach to her work. Through F+L Home, she extends that vision into interior styling and design services, offering everything from in-store consultations to full-room transformations designed to reflect each client’s lifestyle.

F+L has earned national recognition, including features in Vogue and Martha Stewart Living, and honors for Best Store and Best Store Design in the USA, setting a standard for experiential retail and accessible design.

At its core, F+L is about creating a sense of belonging. Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and son, where she finds inspiration in the ease and beauty of coastal living.
