IMPORTANT DETAILS

F+L Heirloom Portraits are digitally created works of art produced through a combination of creative direction, digital artistry and generative tools. They are not individually hand-painted oil paintings.

Physical portraits are professionally printed on fine-art materials selected for their soft, elevated and painterly appearance.

Because each portrait is custom-created, commissioned portrait purchases become final sale once the customer approves the artwork. One revision is included; additional revisions may require an additional fee.

PHOTO UPLOAD

Upload a clear, high-resolution JPG or PNG photograph up to 10 MB. Whenever possible, please submit the original photograph rather than a screenshot or social-media download. If your original file exceeds 10 MB or you need additional help, contact us before ordering and we’ll arrange another way to receive it.

The F+L creative studio composes and refines your custom artwork.

4. Review your proof.
You’ll receive a digital proof and one included round of revisions.

5. Approve your heirloom.
Once approved, your portrait is professionally printed and prepared for you.
